Effective July 16, 2026.
Each purchase covers only the deliverables stated on the package page. Website audits examine public pages and do not include account access, implementation, manual assistive-technology testing, legal advice, certification, rankings, citations, leads, replies, sales, or revenue guarantees. Opportunity packs contain public business research and basic public-site signals; records may change after delivery.
The system normally begins after Stripe confirms settled payment. The private delivery link is emailed to the address entered at checkout and expires after 30 days. The buyer is responsible for entering a working email address and downloading the files before expiration.
If the required fulfillment quality gate fails three times, the system automatically refunds the original payment through Stripe. Duplicate charges, corrupted files, or a deliverable that does not match the stated package scope may be reported by replying to the delivery email. Subjective disagreement with a diagnostic score, later changes to public data, or failure to achieve an outcome that was expressly not guaranteed does not by itself make the completed research defective.
Buyers must use prospect research lawfully and comply with privacy, marketing, anti-spam, and platform rules. The service does not authorize bulk unsolicited messaging or misuse of personal data.
Order inputs, payment references, generated files, delivery status, and error evidence may be retained to fulfill the order, prevent duplicate processing, handle refunds, and resolve disputes. Card and bank details are handled by Stripe and are not stored by this service.
Questions about a delivered order should be sent by replying to its delivery email or through the Knight Logics contact page.
