The problem: "how's my website doing?" usually gets a guess, not evidence
Most business owners have no idea whether their site is actually broken, slow, or invisible to search — they just know leads feel thin. Freelancers pitching a redesign face the opposite problem: they know something is wrong but need documented proof before a client will pay for a fix. Both situations call for the same thing: fast, objective evidence from real tools, not a sales opinion dressed up as an audit.
This $39 package runs the same automated pipeline we use internally before quoting website work — Playwright rendering real pages in a real browser, axe-core flagging accessibility violations, and mobile Lighthouse scoring performance the way Google's own lab does. You get a PDF built from that run, not a template with your URL typed into a mail-merge field.
The PDF is organized so a non-technical owner can still act on it. The cover carries the run metadata (URL, date, brand). The scores page gives Lighthouse's four category numbers plus a plain-language read on what "Performance 68" or "Accessibility 92" actually means for real visitors — slow load on weak connections, or a missing alt tag a screen-reader user would hit. The findings section is the part meant to hand straight to a developer: specific pages, specific violations, specific header gaps, prioritized rather than dumped in raw tool output.
We deliberately do not rewrite the findings into a sales pitch for more work. If the site is in decent shape, the report says so. If robots.txt is blocking something it should not, or the sitemap is stale, or HSTS/CSP headers are missing, those show up as flagged findings with enough context to fix them — whether you fix them yourself, hand them to your own developer, or come back to us for the work.
What tools run in this audit?
Playwright Chromium, axe-core, mobile Lighthouse, plus public fetches for robots/sitemap/llms.txt/schema/security headers.
Do I need Google Search Console?
No — outside-in only. For GSC data plus this same health PDF bundled, see the $299 Full-Access Pack.
Is this the same as the free growth audit?
No. Free = human-written priorities at /website-growth-audit. This = automated evidence PDF after payment, from named tools.
What if my site has more than five pages?
The crawl caps at five public pages from your start URL by design — enough to catch site-wide template issues without turning a $39 SKU into an unlimited-scope crawl. For deeper multi-page work, book a consult.
Can I get this with my agency's branding instead?
Yes — same engine, different SKU. See the $49 White-Label Audit.
Will this tell me why I'm not ranking on Google?
It surfaces technical and on-page signals that affect ranking potential (schema, headers, crawl signals, page speed), but it is not a keyword-rank tracker. For Search Console query/click data, use the Full-Access Pack; for ongoing rank work, see the Search Performance Retainer.
