Services

Knight Logics provides the following services to small businesses:

• Custom-coded website design and development
• Local SEO setup and on-page optimization
• E-commerce store development (Stripe-integrated)
• Google Business Profile alignment and schema implementation
• Desktop application development
• Business workflow automation and internal tooling

Package Purchases and Checkout

Website and service packages are purchased through our Stripe-powered checkout. By completing a purchase:

• You authorize payment for the selected package at the price shown at checkout
• Your project intake form (submitted before or after payment) establishes the project scope
• Work begins after payment is confirmed and intake details are received
• Revision rounds are included per the specific package tier purchased — additional revisions beyond those included may incur additional fees
• Packages do not include ongoing hosting fees, domain registration costs, or third-party subscription costs unless explicitly stated

Client Responsibilities

To complete your project on schedule, you agree to:

• Provide content, logos, images, and copy needed for the build in a timely manner
• Provide domain and hosting access when required for deployment
• Respond to questions and review drafts within reasonable timeframes
• Provide accurate business information used in SEO, schema, and local listings

Intellectual Property

Upon final payment and project completion, you receive full ownership of the delivered website code and assets. Knight Logics retains the right to display completed work as a portfolio example unless you request in writing that we do not. Third-party assets (fonts, icons, stock images) remain subject to their respective licenses.

Results and Performance

We do not guarantee specific search rankings, traffic levels, or business outcomes from website or SEO work. Search engine rankings depend on many factors outside our control. We implement best practices but cannot guarantee specific positions or timelines.

Limitations of Liability

Knight Logics shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services or delivered work. Our total liability to you for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service in question.

Modifications to Services or Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. The "Last updated" date reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of this site or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Existing paid project scopes will not be unilaterally changed after purchase.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Pinellas County, Florida.
