Website+Systems or Systems-only

Growth & Automation System

The layer behind a marketing site: lead tracking, follow-up, reporting, optional outreach or social automation, and — when crews need it — a branded field job app. You can buy Website + Systems together, or Systems-only if your current site already works.

Website + Systems from $5,000 setup + $397/mo · Systems-only from $2,500 setup + $397/mo

Why Growth pricing is split

The outcome is a working lead-and-operations layer, not merely more pages. A named Local- or Authority-equivalent site scope is real project work and operations systems are different work, so clients with a usable site should not be charged for rebuilding it.

Website + Systems

Best when the public site is thin, outdated, or missing service/area depth. You get a named Local- or Authority-equivalent website scope plus the ops stack: $5,000 setup + $397/mo Starter, $7,500 setup + $697/mo Full, or $10,000 setup + $1,000/mo Field Ops. Max or Authority Network depth is an explicit scoped upgrade.

  • New or rebuilt marketing site in scope
  • Search foundation / GBP depth per tier
  • Same monthly retainer as Systems-only for that tier

Systems-only

Best when the website is already usable and the bottleneck is follow-up, tracking, reviews, outreach, or field ops. Setup drops because we are not rebuilding the marketing site: $2,500 setup + $397/mo Starter, $3,500 setup + $697/mo Full, or $8,000 setup + $1,000/mo Field Ops.

  • Integrates with your current site and forms
  • Still includes monthly support for that tier
  • We may recommend light site fixes if intake is broken — scoped separately if large

Five different commercial lanes

Use the lane that matches the bottleneck. These are not interchangeable names for the same deliverable.

Website + Systems

A project setup plus monthly management when both public conversion architecture and back-office follow-up need rebuilding.

  • Includes the scoped website build
  • Adds tracking, sequences, dashboards, and tier-specific operations
  • Best upgrade from a site-only Authority or Max project when lead handling becomes the bottleneck

Systems-only

A lower setup price plus monthly management when the existing site can stay and only forms, CRM, follow-up, reporting, or field workflows need integration.

  • No duplicate website rebuild
  • Current forms and data destinations are audited before connection
  • Large corrective site work is quoted separately

One-time Automation Build

A scoped implementation with a defined handoff when you need one workflow built but do not want ongoing Growth management.

  • Examples: intake routing, a report pipeline, or a bounded internal tool
  • Includes agreed implementation and handoff documentation
  • Monitoring, content cadence, campaign operation, and future changes are excluded unless separately purchased

Monthly Visibility

Ongoing site, content, or Google Business Profile care for a business whose lead operations already work.

  • Visibility and maintenance, not a CRM build
  • No field app, custom automation, or website rebuild by default
  • Upgrade to Systems-only when follow-up and attribution become the constraint

Field Ops

A custom mobile workflow for crews that need jobs, photos, estimates, signatures, invoices, dispatch, or payment status on the phone.

  • Individually scoped around real field steps and roles
  • Can be Website+Systems or field systems-only
  • Hardware, carrier plans, and third-party seats are excluded

Managed Growth tiers — exact scope

Starter, Full, and Field Ops describe the managed system depth after you choose Website+Systems or Systems-only.

Starter

$5,000 setup + $397/mo · Systems-only $2,500 setup + $397/mo

Worth it when you need a serious local site (or already have one) plus lead organization and review follow-up — but crews still run jobs on phone and spreadsheet.

Included

  • Website + Systems: a named Local- or Authority-equivalent website scope; Max or Network depth is scoped separately
  • Lead tracker with source visibility
  • Review request / follow-up email sequences
  • Reporting dashboard
  • Standard monthly care (Visibility Standard–class upkeep)

Not included

  • Mobile Field Job App / dispatch PWA
  • OutreachEngine campaign sending
  • Multi-brand social fan-out runners

Full

$7,500 setup + $697/mo · Systems-only $3,500 setup + $697/mo

Worth it when the office needs automation — confirmations, alerts, and either outbound outreach or social posting — without building a custom crew app yet.

Included

  • Everything in Starter, with the approved Local- or Authority-equivalent site scope only on the Website + Systems lane
  • Deeper search / GBP / citations work when scoped
  • Follow-up sequences + Ops notifications
  • One automation lane: outreach or social runners
  • Higher monthly management ($697/mo)

Not included

  • Branded mobile ticket / estimate / invoice app for field crews
  • Unlimited multi-network social + outreach at once (choose a primary lane)

Custom / Field Ops

$10,000 setup + $1,000/mo · Field systems-only $8,000 setup + $1,000/mo

Worth it when estimates, invoices, scoped photos, and payment tracking need to live on the phone — patterns like Knight Group Dispatch, Faith Works Job Manager, and Screen Team Mobile.

Included

  • Branded Field Job App (PWA) for jobs, photos, e-sign estimates, invoices, Stripe when scoped
  • Optional dispatch / portal intake
  • Multi-brand outreach + follow-up + social fan-out when scoped
  • Growth Management–class monthly care + dashboards
  • Website + Systems includes the approved Local- or Authority-equivalent rebuild; Max or Network depth requires a scoped upgrade

Not included by default

  • Print-only PDF packs as a substitute for the PWA (available on request as a lighter start)
  • Hardware, carrier plans, or third-party SaaS seat fees

How a Growth engagement runs

Whether you buy Website+Systems or Systems-only, the sequence is deliberate: understand the bottleneck, ship the minimum system that closes it, then run monthly care so it does not rot.

  1. Intake & scopeWe confirm whether your site stays or gets rebuilt, which tier fits, and which automation lane matters first.
  2. FoundationForms, tracking, inboxes, and data destinations get wired so leads are not landing in a black hole.
  3. BuildSite (if purchased), tracker, sequences, dashboards, and any field app modules for your tier.
  4. Launch & handoffYou get working flows, not a slide deck. Operators know where to look each morning.
  5. Monthly careRetainer covers upkeep, reporting, and iteration — cancel anytime; the point is continuity, not lock-in theater.

Growth System client surfaces

Website + Systems and Systems-only engagements share the same ops goal: leads do not die in the inbox. These mobile and workflow captures show the public conversion layer and the systems behind it.

Local site depth with booking, intake, and follow-up behind the brand

Knight Group is the handyman growth pattern: public conversion architecture plus CRM follow-up and field ticket patterns when jobs move from inbox to crew.

  • Estimate-first mobile layout on the marketing site
  • Lead tracking with source visibility
  • Field Ops patterns when dispatch and job status matter on the phone

Field Ops Ticket → invoice workflow

When crews need jobs, photos, and payment status on the phone

Field Ops is not “another website page.” It is a branded mobile job surface — estimates, scoped photos, signatures, invoices, and dispatch when the bottleneck is field execution, not homepage copy.

  • Branded Field Job App (PWA) scoped to real crew steps
  • Pairs with Starter / Full automation lanes on the office side
  • See ticketing & job workflows for the deep dive

Real examples

These are ground-up growth systems — websites plus the systems that run the business. Systems-only clients look similar on the ops side without a full rebuild.

Knight Group

Handyman growth infrastructure: local site depth, booking and intake paths, CRM follow-up, and operating systems behind the public brand — including field ticket patterns when jobs move from inbox to crew.

The Screen Team LLC

Pool enclosure growth build: brand, website, CRM, email automation, social systems, and local directory groundwork — the Full / multi-system pattern.

Roof Monsters

Deep roofing growth site with estimate-first capture and local SEO depth — belongs with growth systems when the site itself is the conversion engine, not a brochure SKU.

Who this is for — and who should start smaller

Good fit

  • Trades and local services with enough volume that missed follow-up costs real jobs
  • Owners who already tried “just a website” and still cannot see lead sources or close the loop
  • Teams ready for a monthly ops relationship, not a one-and-done brochure
  • Companies that need a field phone app more than another WordPress theme

Price drivers

  • Whether a website rebuild is included or the current site can stay
  • Number of forms, sources, inboxes, roles, brands, and data destinations
  • Sequence, outreach, reporting, social, and field-app modules in scope
  • Legacy data migration, third-party integrations, permissions, measurement, and QA depth

Next upgrade

Starter upgrades to Full when one managed automation lane is justified. Full upgrades to Field Ops when crews need a mobile operating surface. A one-time Automation Build upgrades to Systems-only only when ongoing monitoring and iteration become valuable. Monthly Visibility stays separate until lead handling—not discoverability—is the constraint.

Growth System FAQs

Do I have to buy a new website?

No. Choose Systems-only when the current site is usable. Choose Website+Systems when page depth, structure, or conversion paths are part of the problem.

Why is monthly required?

Growth systems rot without care — sequences break, forms change, dashboards go stale. The monthly fee is active management for that tier, not hosting theater. Cancel anytime.

Can I upgrade from Starter to Full later?

Yes. Many clients start Starter (or Systems-only Starter), then add an automation lane or Field Ops when the bottleneck is clear.

Is ticketing & job workflows the same page?

Ticketing & job workflows is the deep product page for field apps and dispatch (already a long-form page). This Growth package page is the commercial ladder and lane chooser.
